About me

Hi! I'm Anjuli mack

Starting my fitness journey alone was tough. None of the quick fixes worked for me, leading to frustration and isolation. I longed for guidance and support from other women in the gym but couldn’t find any.

Determined to transform my body and become the confident, fit woman I admired, I saw other women achieving amazing results. I knew I had to make it happen for myself. Through trial and error, I discovered the perfect combination of diet and workouts to achieve my desired body.

Now, my passion is helping women like you start their fitness journey with confidence. I’ve been where you are and I want to provide you with the knowledge and support you need right from the start.

Results vary for each individual as it depends on the starting point. Many of our clients start feeling better & noticing some changes within the first few weeks. Consistency is key, and we’ll tailor a plan that fits your lifestyle to help you achieve sustainable progress while also holding you accountable.

Absolutely not! Our approach focuses on balance and moderation. You will learn how to make decisions in alignment with your goals while still enjoying your favourite foods. You will also be able to fill in your dislikes/allergies & favourite meals as we work together.

No worries – we understand that life is busy especially if you’re a mum, studying, full time working or all of the above! We can create efficient, effective workout plans that fit into your busy schedule (either at home or in the gym). Even short sessions can make a big difference. The frequency of your workouts will depend on your goals, current fitness level, and schedule. Typically, we recommend starting with 3-4 sessions per week, the type of training will be tailored to you based on your goals. We can also work on time management, habit building & focus efforts on other things to maximize results outside of your workouts (hello nutrition).

Motivation will come & go. Staying motivated can be challenging, but setting goals, tracking your progress and celebrating small victories can help. You are not alone on your journey! We also offer a supportive community, regular check-ins + monthly group coaching calls to keep you on track & motivated.

Yes, you can! This has to be a lifestyle that you can enjoy. We’ll provide you with strategies to make healthier choices at social events, on vacation and at restaurants without feeling deprived. It’s all about finding a balance that allows you to enjoy life while working towards your fitness goals.
